Anti-Money Laundering & Know Your Customer Policy • Last Updated: May 2026

1. Policy Overview

Vault Algo AI is committed to maintaining the highest standards of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. This policy establishes our framework for preventing the platform from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime. All participants are subject to this policy as a condition of platform access.

2. Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

All participants are required to provide accurate identity information during registration including full legal name, valid email address, and contact information. Vault Algo AI reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source of funds declarations at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and withdrawal restriction.

3. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Procedures

Vault Algo AI implements a risk-based AML framework that includes: transaction monitoring for unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns; screening of participant information against international sanctions lists and politically exposed persons (PEP) databases; enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions; ongoing monitoring of participant activity for suspicious behavior patterns; mandatory reporting of suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.

4. Prohibited Participants & Jurisdictions

The following are strictly prohibited from platform participation: residents of the United States of America, the People's Republic of China, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and any jurisdiction subject to OFAC, EU, or UN sanctions; individuals or entities appearing on international sanctions lists; politically exposed persons (PEPs) without enhanced due diligence approval; individuals under 18 years of age; anonymous or pseudonymous participants who cannot be verified.

5. Source of Funds

Vault Algo AI reserves the right to request declarations regarding the source of funds used for platform participation. Participants represent and warrant that all funds deposited originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from criminal activity, tax evasion, or any unlawful purpose. Vault Algo AI may restrict or terminate accounts where the legitimacy of fund sources cannot be adequately demonstrated.

6. Suspicious Activity Reporting

Vault Algo AI will report suspicious activity to relevant financial intelligence units and law enforcement agencies as required by applicable law. Suspicious activities include but are not limited to: transactions structuring designed to evade reporting thresholds; deposits immediately followed by full withdrawal requests without participation activity; patterns consistent with layering or integration phases of money laundering; use of compromised or unauthorized payment methods.

7. Sanctions Compliance

Vault Algo AI conducts sanctions screening against OFAC, EU Consolidated List, UN Security Council sanctions lists, and other applicable databases. Accounts identified as matching or potentially matching sanctioned individuals or entities will be immediately frozen pending investigation. Vault Algo AI cooperates fully with regulatory and law enforcement authorities in all sanctions-related matters.

8. Record Keeping

Vault Algo AI maintains records of all participant identity information, transaction history, KYC documentation, and AML screening results for a minimum period of 5 years in compliance with international AML standards. Records are maintained securely and made available to regulatory authorities upon lawful request.

9. Staff Training & Governance

Platform administrators and operational staff receive regular training on AML/KYC obligations, suspicious activity identification, and compliance procedures. Vault Algo AI maintains an internal compliance review process to ensure ongoing adherence to this policy and applicable regulatory requirements.
