By accessing, registering, or participating on the Vault Algo AI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease use of the platform. Vault Algo AI reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Participation is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. Residents of the United States of America, the People's Republic of China, and any jurisdiction subject to international sanctions or where digital asset participation platforms are prohibited by law are not eligible. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that your participation complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Vault Algo AI is a digital asset participation platform providing access to XAUUSD algorithmic strategy infrastructure. The platform distributes performance-based rewards to eligible participants based on strategy outcomes. Vault Algo AI does not operate as a bank, financial institution, securities broker, or licensed investment manager. Participation does not constitute a deposit, investment contract, or securities offering.
Participation requires deposit of USDT via BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) network only. Deposits via any other network will result in permanent loss of funds for which Vault Algo AI accepts no liability. All deposits are subject to admin verification and approval. Participation becomes active upon admin confirmation. Minimum deposit requirements apply as specified on the platform.
Reward allocations are calculated based on strategy performance and distributed on eligible trading days (Monday through Friday, excluding market holidays). All reward rates displayed are target projections only and are not guaranteed. Vault Algo AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue reward distribution at any time based on strategy performance, market conditions, or platform policy.
Eligible reward balances may be submitted for withdrawal subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds and platform policy. All withdrawal requests are reviewed by platform administrators. Processing times are estimated at 24–48 business hours but may vary. A platform service fee applies to all withdrawal transactions as specified at the time of submission. Vault Algo AI reserves the right to request additional identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal.
Active participants may share referral codes to introduce new participants to the platform. Referral reward distributions are subject to the continued active participation status of the referring member and the verified deposit status of the referred participant. Referral rewards are performance-based and not guaranteed. Vault Algo AI reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without notice.
Participants are strictly prohibited from: (a) providing false identity or verification information; (b) using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal purpose; (c) attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise platform infrastructure; (d) creating multiple accounts; (e) promoting the platform with false or misleading representations; (f) any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Vault Algo AI reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any participant account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, AML/KYC non-compliance, violations of these terms, or regulatory requirements. In cases of verified fraud, pending withdrawal requests may be forfeited.
All content, branding, software, algorithmic infrastructure, and technology on the Vault Algo AI platform is the exclusive intellectual property of Vault Algo AI and its licensors. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
Vault Algo AI shall not be liable for any losses arising from market volatility, strategy underperformance, technical disruptions, cybersecurity incidents, or regulatory changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vault Algo AI's aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts distributed to the participant in the 30-day period preceding any claim.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international digital commerce principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By accepting these terms, participants waive the right to participate in class action proceedings against Vault Algo AI.
